WHO LOVES CHOCOLATE ?????. . .... well once you try my hormone friendly version you will never look back!! 🍫💕🙌 After posting this is on my instagram @pcos_to_wellness the other day I have been inundated with requests for this hormone loving and completely nourishing raw chocolate delight! (Inspired by the chocolate queen herself @abigailoneill and her book Model Chocolate ) Honestly, once you have the ingredients for this recipe it is sooooooo easy to make, and you can literally customise it suit your tastebuds and with your favourite fillings….. but for those asking for the recipe I used for this super charged block of goodness here it is!! . 60g cacao butter ¼ cup mixed organic wild dried blueberries ¼ cup organic almonds chopped ¼ cup organic pistachios ½ teaspoon natural vanilla 2 tablespoons raw honey (or could use agave, coconut nectar or maple syrup- add more or less depending on your tastebuds) 1 tablespoon tahini (or cashew/ macadamia butter works well here too) ¼ cup raw cacao or organic cocoa powder Optional- supercharge your choc with your fave medicinal mushrooms (I added 1 teaspoon of @superfeast reishi - Code: pcostowellness for discount on all suoerfeast products ). . To make this beautiful chocolate block simply melt cacao butter gently over a bowl of boiled water.
Remove from heat and mix everything else in.
Pour chocolate into foiled glass dish then just Cover & set in the fridge or freezer. Once set break into chunks and ENJOY!!!!! .🙌😍🍫💕 . You can literally taste the goodness with every mouthful (and just think about all of that beautiful magnesium nourishing your hormones!! 😍😍😍) . ... ANDDDDDDDD if all else fails just go buy an extra dark block of organic dairy free chocolate and feast on that instead 😂 (but trust me this recipe is 100% worth the effort!!! 🙏🙌). . I literally eat choc EVERYDAY, it’s one of my favourite hormone moving foods!! ... Anyone else??
