Well, I have finally given in to all your messages, and I am going to start adding my recipes on here! ( I know I am a bit late to the party, but better late than never right!?!)

I have decided to kick things off with a bang!!!!

And so am going to put up my most requested recipe to share with you all!!

All my recipes have been tried and tested by me (and occasionally my husband if I can convince him that it tastes good haha!) but other than that there's not a lot of sharing going on.

So that being said, I will not be offended if you don't like them (just don't tell me as I might cry hahaha)

Howeverrrrrrr I will say the

at I did share a couple of these with my neighbour and her hubby and they BOTH loved them sooooo I think this one is a bit of safe bet haha.

Oh, and did I mention that it is gluten-free, vegan, refined sugar-free and Paleo. (You can thank me later!!)

So here it is, my famous gooey goodness brownies recipe!!

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup of crunchy peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon of cacao

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1 big whole ripe mashed banana

  • 3/4 cup of almond flour

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 4 tablespoons of coconut flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt

Optional yummy bits

- vegan chocolate chunks of chips

- walnuts

- macadamias

- raspberries

For my recipe today I have used vegan chocolate chunks and walnuts! YUSSS

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2. line a baking tin with parchment paper (I use an 8x8

3. in a bowl whisk the peanut butter, coconut oil, mashed banana, coconut sugar and vanilla extract together until smooth

4.stir in the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cacoa, cinnamon and salt

5. Fold in any extra yummy bits- I am using the chopped walnuts and chocolate chunks

6 Spread evenly into the pan and bake for 20mins or until lightly browned!

DROOOOOOOLLLLLLLLL

Honestly these are amazing, and they are free of everything nasty so you can feel guilt free going back for a second one!! hehe

Please make them and tell me what you think?????

I would love to hear if you have any suggestions or extra things we could add to make them even BETTER!! (not sure if possible but I am open to it hahahahaha!)

xxx Brig

Love!

This tea is so delicious and calming. Also regulated my cycles after only a few weeks! I drink this at least twice a day and always makes me feel great!

It works. Regulated my hormones

Recieve it and finish it now

Worth it!

I had this tea consistently for about a month a two years ago and while I was also doing other things like diet changes and metaformin at the time, I fell pregnant not long after adding the tea to my routine and I do think that it contributed.

I returned to this tea a few months ago to get my cycle back but I haven't been having it as consistently as before (eg going days or weeks without having it). I thought it wasn't really helping but I started being more consistent with it about 2 weeks ago and I've started to notice a difference again- not to my cycle (yet) but definitely to my skin/acne.

Consistency really is key for this one.
